    It works but the instruction manual does not specify the difference between the various modes from MODE1 to MODE8. The battery lasts little and needs to be recharged after each use.

    It’s simple, it does its job, don’t expect anything out of this world, it comes with 8 modes, and from 1 intensity to some modes at 19. It works on the abdomen because I’ve tried it and I have abs, it clips well, I just need to charge it properly and test it as God intended, but it’s functional. I recommend it.

    It has different modes, the battery has a fairly poor average time (no more than 20 minutes of continuous use).
    It is a perfect accessory to implement in your workouts, I really recommend it for casual exercise.

    Excellent product i was worried gel pads wouldn’t stay sticky but i use it 5 times a day for almost a week now and the pads are just as sticky as the day i got it also the main unit i charged when i first got it and i haven’t charged it since for tye price this product is unbelievable thank you the only bad thing is the instructions are not very clear but the ab pad was very easy to figure out
