    looks very sturdy, you need to have a bit of strength to adjust it

    Received the blue tape, it’s from Foammy and comes detached. Well packaged and delivered on time. When using it, it has some fixed buttons that help with posture, but the buttons feel like fixed balls. Holding them for several minutes causes marks and it can only be used for a short time so they don’t bother or mark.

    Item arrived couple days early and well packed. Easy to assemble just two piece of hard plastic board. Instruction sheet is bit too hard to read because of small prints. The blue foam strip is supposed to be adhered to the centre of the arch but there is no double-sided tape included. Personally i would use velcro so it would not slip. Overall a sturdy product but i need to use it for a week or so to feel the improvement.

    I ordered on September 25th and received it on October 3rd. It took 8 days from order to delivery. The delivery is quite fast. It’s delivered even on public holidays. I bought it because my back was curved, and it seems to help with posture correction.

    Please note that the bridge is high even in the lowest position! The lower back really relaxes, but the upper part and between the shoulder blades are not comfortable. I’m not used to it yet.
