I received the item partially damaged, the transparent box was full of scratches and even if i reached aliexpress support for a partial refund (as this was supposed to be a gift anyway) they simply rejected my request even if proof were provided, simply asking for more proof and unboxing videos

Well, the box comes very scratched. It won’t be able to be displayed once the year has started. It comes for weeks. Empty cards in between, so that the drawing comes out. It looks nice. But it’s a shame about the super scratched transparent box.
